Story 1:   One of the most important Foreign Policy speeches of this 21^st Century happened on Thursday.  Philippine President Duterte announced a “separation” between the Philippines and the United States; he will seek aid from China, and Russia.  This is due to poor leadership on our part, and other issues.   This is a result of a monthly Trade imbalance with China of $30 Billion a month; we are building their war machine and tearing down our own; etc.  Having been posted as an American Diplomat in the Philippines in the United States Peace Corps, I understand this; I understand how serious this is.
