To Airmen and Airwomen of The United States Air Force; Semper Lib; Semper Libertas: “Always Flying for Freedom and Liberty in Defense of the Constitution of The United States of America.”  

To Marines of The United States Marine Corps; Semper Fi; for Semper Fidelis: “Always Faithful to The Constitution of The United States of America.” 

To Soldiers of The United States Army; Semper Ra; for Semper Ratificare: “Always will we Ratify The Constitution of The United States of America with our lives, and in all we do, and speak.”  

To Sailors of The United States Coast Guard: Semper Pa for Semper Paratus: “Always Prepared to Sacrifice our very lives for The Constitution of The United States of America.”

To Sailors of The United States Merchant Marine; Semper Per; Semper Pergite: “Always Sailing Forward to Victory for The Constitution of The United States of America.”
