Story 1:  Why my proposed 10% Wall Street Transaction Tax is fair.  It can be done; it needs to be done.  It is the right thing to do.  Bernie Sanders has a similar thought plan to mine, and 30 other nations have a type of a transaction tax.  A Wall Street Transaction Tax will pay for college and trade school tuition fees, and Small Business Grants.
